My personal theories on business are simple: First, always know what industry you’re in. And second, it is vital to understand your target audience. With these philosophies in mind, I actively work to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
In my professional life, I have had the opportunity to work with tremendous organizations alongside phenomenal people and mentors who have taught me the ins and outs of marketing and the music industry.
Through my experience in radio, artist management, promotion, publishing, licensing, and trade organizations, I have come to believe that the artist - or brand - comes first. It is their story that I strive to tell. And whether it be an album release, a national tour, a vinyl record subscription service, or a non-profit, I will work to find the audience and the medium in which to tell the story best.
I currently serve as a marketing manager for Triple 8 Management, responsible for all marketing activities for my clients: Judah & the Lion, Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors, Kris Allen, Penny and Sparrow, Dan Tyminski, Ellie Holcomb, Mat Kearney, Betcha, The Night Game, Devon Gilfillian, Tate Tucker, Bones Owens, Magnolia Record Club, and the Moon River Music Festival.
